Enrollment for SY2024-25 is closed. 
Please check back in January for school year 2025-26.

Enrollment forms and Withdrawal forms must be completed by the legal parent or guardian in person (government-issued ID will be required), in the Registrar's Office.  The Registrar's Office is available weekdays (except for holidays) from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Enrollment:


1.  If your student is coming from a Hawai'i Public School, please bring with you:
Release packet from releasing school
Certificate of Release
Copy of health record (Form 14)
Pupil clearance or transfer form, as applicable
Current Report Card or withdrawal/transfer grades
Official Transcript



 2.  If your student is coming from a Hawai'i Private School, please bring with you:
All items listed for  #1 (from a Hawai'i Public School)
Birth Certificate or Passport



3.  If your student is coming from Another State or a Foreign Country, please bring with you:
All items listed for #1 (from a Hawai'i Public School)
Birth Certificate or Passport
TB clearance (within 12 months, performed and signed by a US physician/medial facility, APRN, PA or   DOH)*
Physical Exam (within 12 months, performed and signed by a US physician/medial facility, APRN, PA or DOH)*

Withdrawal:

Preschool - 8th grade

1.  Request for Release form must be completed.
2.  Return all school property to administration office.  School property may include but not limited to curriculum materials, school issued electronic devices and/or equipment, financial obligations, etc
3.  Release documents will be prepared and ready for distribution once all school property is returned.
